Refund policy

To request a full refund, simply reach us by emailing us at support@rise.shop or using our contact form. Our dedicated team will respond to you typically within one business day.


Our Refund Policy allows for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within this timeframe. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a full refund.


If you received a broken/damaged product or the product breaks within a month of use, please send us an email and we will issue a full refund right away, this is our Money Back Guarantee policy.


You may be eligible for a refund if you meet any of the following criteria:

  • Product broke within 30 days after product delivery.
  • Defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Wrong product was shipped or the product did not match the description on the website.
  • Failure to deliver your product/s provided that Shipping Information is sufficient and correct.

We will not issue a full refund to you if you have provided us an insufficient Shipping Information after Checkout, so please double check before placing an order. We are unable to cancel orders after 12 hours of placing an order, we are currently making sure all orders are processed right away so please double check everything before placing an order.


As an online store, we have the right to request photos or videos if you have a damaged or broken product, this is by no means an implication of any kind of distrust towards the customer, but this is purely for product quality assurance and control as we provide these date towards our suppliers in order to improve service to our customers.
